Studenterrådets generalforsamlinger

Studenterrådet afholder ordinær generalforsamling én gang om året.

Alle studerende på RUC er inviteret til at deltage og have indflydelse på, hvad Studenterrådet skal arbejde med i det kommende år. Desuden er det også her vi vælger vores formandskab og hvem der skal sidde i bestyrelsen.

På vores hjemmeside kan du læse meget mere om generalforsamlingen, og bl.a. finde program, en oversigt over deadlines for opstillinger og ændringsforslag samt Studenterrådets nuværende vedtægter.

Senest i november offentliggøres forslaget til forretningsorden, bestyrelsens skriftlige beretning, opstillinger til formand, organisatorisk næstformand og økonomiansvarlig næstformand, ændringsforslag til vedtægterne, forslag til arbejdsplan samt andre indkomne forslag. Dette gøres ligeledes tilgængeligt på Studenterrådets hjemmeside og via RUC’s nyhedsbrev.

The Student Council’s General Assemblies

The Student Council holds an ordinary general assembly once a year. All students at RUC are invited to participate and have an influence on what the Student Council will work on in the coming year. In addition, this is also where we elect our chairmanship and who will be in the board.

On our website, you can read much more about the general assembly and find, amongst other things, an overview of deadlines for line ups and amendments, as well as the Student Council’s current articles of association.

By November, at the latest, the draft rules of procedure, the board’s written report, nominations for chairperson, organizational vice-chairperson, and vice-chairperson responsible for finance, amendments to the articles of association, proposals for the work plan, and other received proposals will be published. This is also made available on the Student Council’s website and via RUC’s newsletter.
