Nominate a project for the Golden Mugs

Nominate your own or someone else’s project for the Golden Mugs, an award for the most outstanding RUC projects of 2026.

Who can be nominated?

You can nominate RUC projects: semester projects, bachelor projects and master’s projects. A project must belong to one of the five categories in the form: HAB Første Semester, HAB/GH, SAB/SIB, NAB/NIB or HUMTEK.

You can nominate your own project or someone else’s. Choose the category the project belongs to when you fill in the form.

This year, all projects from 2026 can be nominated. The rules may change from year to year, so check here for what applies before you nominate.

How to nominate

Fill in the form below. You need the title of the project, the name of at least one of the writers, and either a link to where the project can be read or the project itself as a PDF or Word file. You can also tell us why you are nominating it and how you are connected to the project.

The deadline for nominations is 8 January 2027.

Add a link or upload the file – one of them is required.

    How is the jury picked?

The Academic Network (AcNe) picks the jury for each category every year. Each jury has an odd number of members, so a vote can never end in a tie, and it includes both students and non-students.

Would you like to know more about AcNe, or to be on a jury? Read about AcNe, or write to FANE@sr-ruc.dk.
