The Student Council’s statutes are the organisation’s constitution. They set out our purpose, structure and decision-making procedures.
The statutes in force were updated following the general assembly of 7 December 2025.

The statutes are published within two weeks of the general assembly and are accompanied by an English translation.
Amending the statutes
Amendments must be adopted by two thirds of those entitled to vote at the general assembly. Amendments to the provisions on the legal committee, dissolution and financial arrangements, however, require a four fifths majority at two consecutive general assemblies.
Are you in doubt about the interpretation?
All students at RUC may approach the Legal Committee with questions about the statutes and rules of procedure. The Legal Committee consists of three people elected at the general assembly and works apolitically. Write to contact@sr-ruc.dk and mark it for the Legal Committee.
