The committees are where most of the Student Council’s work takes place. They are established by the board and each handles its own area of work – and they are the easiest place to start if you want to become active.
Our committees
- University Policy Committee (UniPol) – the work in RUC’s own bodies.
- National Policy Committee (NatPol) – education policy at national level.
- Academic Network (AcNe) – the academic network across RUC.
- Social Event Committee (SEC) – events and social activities.
- RUSK – coordination of the tutoring programme for new students.
How the committees work
The Student Council’s statutes oblige the board to establish committees for four main areas: national policy, university policy, academic affairs and student social affairs. In addition, the board may establish both temporary and permanent committees as needed.
In each committee sits a board member or a deputy, who ensures contact between the board and the committee.
Do you want to join?
You do not need to sit on the board to be part of a committee – all students at RUC are welcome. Write to contact@sr-ruc.dk, or contact the committee directly via the pages above.
