The Student Council at RUC holds its general assembly on Saturday 5 December 2026, 11:00–18:00, in building 13, room 13.2-032.
The general assembly is the Student Council’s highest authority. This is where we set the direction for SR’s student political, academic and social work in the coming year. All RUC students have full rights to take part and vote. Come as you are, and feel free to bring a fellow student.
Preliminary agenda:
- Opening, including election of conductor(s) and minute taker(s), and adoption of the agenda and rules of procedure
- The board’s report: student academic, student political, student social, economic and organisational accounts
- Submitted amendments to the statutes and the education policy principles
- The work plan
- The Student Council’s education policy principles
- Election of the chair and vice-chairs
- Election of ordinary board members and deputies
- Election of critical auditors
- Election of the statutes committee
- Any other business
Deadlines:
- 14 November 2026: candidacies for chair and vice-chairs, amendments to the statutes and the education policy principles, and other proposals
- 4 December 2026 at 12:00: nomination of board members representing the main subject areas – only for academic councils, unless otherwise agreed with the board

By 21 November 2026 at the latest, we will publish the proposed agenda with a time schedule, deadlines for other candidacies and amendments, the proposed rules of procedure, any written reports, the proposed work plan, candidacies for chair and vice-chairs, and the submitted proposals.
