If you have lost the receipt for an expense, you can confirm the purchase with a declaration on honour instead. You write what you bought, where and for how much, and declare that the information is correct.
Before you fill it in
- First try to get a copy of the receipt from the shop – many can look it up.
- If you have a screenshot of the payment from your online bank or MobilePay, upload it as well.
- A declaration covers one purchase. If you have lost several receipts, fill in one for each purchase.
