Submit an event

Do you have an event that should be in the Student Council’s calendar? Fill in the form below, and we will review it and add it to the calendar.

Anyone can submit an event – you do not need an account. We approve submissions by hand, so it usually takes a couple of working days before the event appears on the site. If it is urgent, write to contact@sr-ruc.dk.

Remember the time, the place and a short description. If you have a Facebook event, feel free to put the link in the description.

Reschedule Recurrences?

By editing your primary recurrence set, you will change all subsequent default values of your other recurrences.

If you shorten the date range or limit your recurrence dates, any recurrences falling outside the new date range will be cancelled or deleted as per your settings below.

If you extend or add more dates, the new recurrences will be added to your recurrence set without affecting previously created ones.
